By downloading, installing, or using the Veyld app or website (veyld.link), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Veyld. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

To use Veyld, you create an account with a username and a 4-digit PIN. You are responsible for: - Keeping your PIN confidential - All activity that occurs under your account - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree NOT to use Veyld to: - Send harassing, threatening, or abusive messages - Share sexually explicit content involving minors - Impersonate any person or entity - Spam or send unsolicited bulk messages - Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service - Use the Service for any illegal purpose Veyld uses AI-powered filtering to block harmful content. Attempts to circumvent this system may result in immediate account termination.

Veyld is designed for anonymous communication. However, anonymity does not mean immunity. We collect metadata (device info, IP address, location) that may be used to identify senders in cases of serious abuse, legal requests, or safety concerns. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required to do so.

You retain ownership of content you create and share on Veyld. By submitting content, you grant Veyld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

Veyld offers optional premium subscriptions through in-app purchases. By subscribing: - You agree to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase - Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date - Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period - Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies - You can cancel at any time through your device's subscription settings

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from within the app settings.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: - The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free - Messages will always be delivered - The Service will meet your specific requirements To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veyld disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyld shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Nigeria.
